Responsibilities:  
– Provide comprehensive medical care to small animals, including dogs, cats, and other companion animals.  
– Perform routine examinations, vaccinations, and preventive care.  
– Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.  
– Conduct surgeries, including spays, neuters, and other soft tissue procedures.  
– Perform dental procedures, including cleanings and extractions.  
– Provide compassionate end-of-life care and euthanasia services.  
– Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of diagnoses and treatment plans.  
– Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.  
– Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine through continuing education.  
 
Qualifications:  
– Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.  
– Active veterinary license in Kentucky  
– Ability to preform routine surgeries, including spays, neuters, and dental procedures.  
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
– Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and client service.
