Your donation to the Wildlife Medical clinic is invaluable. The clinic is non-profit, and functions on donations and fundraisers. Help from the community is critical to the provide the best care for these animals that can’t help themselves. Your donation is greatly appreciated by our veterinarians, volunteers, residents and patients. See below for ways to give.

Monetary Donation

By making a monetary donation online, you are helping to provide food, water, electricity, medications, enrichment, and housing to our residents and patients. The clinic is non-profit, and functions on donations and fundraisers. Help from the community is therefore crucial to care for our local wildlife. Adopt An Ambassador 

By adopting one of our ambassadors, you are helping to provide food, water, electricity, medications, enrichment, and housing to our ambassador animals. In return, you will receive an informational sheet about your ambassador and an 8″x10″ photo. Wildlife Medical Clinic can make opportunities to meet these magnificent animals through our public education program. Clinic Wish List

One way you can aid the Wildlife Medical Clinic is to donate items that the clinic uses to treat and care for its patients every day. People in the community can drop off donations at the Veterinary Medicine South Clinic during regular business hours or purchase an item from our wish list. Gift cards are welcomed due to limited storage and sometimes unique needs. Gift Cards should be mailed or dropped off to the attention of: Dr. Samantha Sander at 2100 S Goodwin Ave., Urbana, IL 61801.

Sponsor A Day

Every day of the year, ill or injured wild animals are brought to the University of Illinois Wildlife Medical Clinic for humane medical care. You can become an integral part of that work by choosing one or more days to sponsor. For as little as $350, you can cover the costs of a day in the animals’ and students’ lives at the Wildlife Medical Clinic. What a great way to celebrate a birthday or anniversary or to honor a loved one.

On the application, you can select your special or preferred day. You will receive a certificate suitable for presenting to a loved one and will have the option to be recognized online.
