Community Programs

The Wildlife Medical Clinic offers engaging, age‑appropriate programs designed to teach audiences about wildlife, conservation, and the work of our clinic. Educational visits may include appearances from our ambassador animals, hands‑on materials, and content tailored to your group’s goals.

Ambassador Animals

Our ambassador animals each serve as representatives of their species and help us educate the public about wildlife, conservation, and ecosystem health. Many ambassadors originally arrived as patients but were deemed non‑releasable due to injuries or behavioral challenges preventing survival in the wild. Though they live in captivity and may tolerate people well, they are not pets.

All ambassadors are cared for and transported by our program coordinator and highly trained student volunteers.
