Complete the form below to help me generate a personalized press release to be sent to your hometown paper or undergraduate alumni publication. It will announce your admission to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine.

Please note that you must include the name of at least one publication to which you’d like the release sent. (Please realize that the larger papers, such as the Chicago Tribune, are unlikely to print this type of news, even if we send it to one of the community editions.)
