Associate Veterinarian – Allegheny County, PA – #8519
Our thriving, family-owned animal clinic in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate and driven Associate Veterinarian to join our team in January 2026.
This is a unique opportunity for a DVM who enjoys both practicing high-quality veterinary care and stepping into a leadership role. You’ll have the autonomy to make medical decisions in the best interest of your patients, while the owner handles all non-clinical operations. Your focus stays where it belongs—on the animals.
We offer DVM mentorship if desired, and a strong support system that ensures you’re never on your own. As a walk-in-only practice, we’ve created a calm, low-pressure environment with no phones, no surgeries, no life-threatening cases, no late nights, and no on-call. You’ll enjoy a 36-hour work week and a true family-style culture where work/life balance is guaranteed.

About the Hospital
At our clinic, we offer walk-in veterinary services focused on wellness and sick exams, treating minor illnesses and chronic conditions, preventative care, routine diagnostics, and vaccinations, while excluding surgeries and X-rays. That means more time for meaningful client communication, better outcomes, and a calmer daily pace.

Base Salary $140,000 + 21% production!
