East Bullitt Animal Clinic, located in Mount Washington, Kentucky is a growing hospital that is committed to providing high-quality care at a reasonable price. We’re excited to be looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. About Us
At East Bullitt Animal Clinic, we take pride in serving our community by offering compassionate, high-quality medicine while working within our clients’ means. We are a small animal and exotics practice, one of the only clinics in the Louisville metro area seeing exotic pets. Our team is friendly, personable, and dedicated to providing top-tier care in a welcoming environment. Dr. Kennedy is trained in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, and we would love to expand our alternative therapy offerings with a veterinarian who shares an interest in these modalities.

Compensation, Perks & More
● Salary: $130k + 20% Production
● No Negative Accrual
● Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for full-time DVMs

Your Role & Opportunities
As an associate veterinarian at East Bullitt Animal Clinic, you’ll have the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. With a healthy split caseload, you’ll gain experience in a well-rounded mix of preventive care, diagnostics, and treatment, as well as surgical opportunities beyond the routine of spay/neuter. With mentorship readily available, this position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced veterinarians looking for a collaborative, hands-on learning environment.
MentorVet Leap
MentorVet Leap is a virtual mentorship and professional growth program designed to help early-career veterinarians overcome common challenges like burnout, stress, and financial uncertainty.
