Welcome, prospective veterinary students!
We are happy to offer noon-hour tours of our facilities, led by our current veterinary student ambassadors, for individuals aged 16 or older who want to explore what the University of Illinois offers through its Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree program.
We also offer videoconferencing with student ambassadors and a representative from the college’s Office of Academic and Student Affairs, which oversees the admissions process and all other aspects of the DVM program.
Please click on the link below to reach our online form for requesting a tour or videoconference.
When selecting the date for your tour, please keep in mind the following:
- Tours are offered on weekdays when classes are in session
- Tours are offered at noon, with an admissions meeting after the tour
- Allow at least seven business days between the day you make the request and the date of the tour.
After you submit your request, you will automatically receive an email message that includes the information you entered. If your requested date is not available, a college representative will invite you to select a new date within four days. Otherwise, you can assume the tour is scheduled and you will get a reminder email a week before your tour.
We look forward to seeing you!
