We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. As a veterinarian in our wellness Clinic and new state of the art hospital (opening first quarter 2025) you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to a variety of companion animals and provide small animal care. -Conduct thorough examinations of animals and diagnose illnesses or injuries – Develop and implement treatment plans for companion animals based on their conditions – Train to perform surgical procedures, such as spaying/neutering and tumor removals – Administer vaccinations and medications to prevent and treat diseases – Educate pet owners on proper animal care, including nutrition, exercise, and grooming – Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to provide comprehensive care – Maintain accurate medical records for all patients – Stay updated on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine through continuing education “`Requirements“` – Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school – Valid state veterinary license – Proficiency in animal catheterization, animal restraint, and general animal care techniques a plus – Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively educate pet owners – Ability to handle dogs and other animals with care and compassion – If you are passionate about providing exceptional veterinary care and making a positive impact on the lives of animals and their owners, we would love to hear from you.
