Work Schedule:
- Extra help student workers typically work weeknights and weekends, and average anywhere from 10 to 15 hours per week.
- Minimum hours: 10 hours/week
- ECC is flexible with hours and class schedules
- Holidays are not required, but optional to work

Job Description
- Room maintenance (cleaning, stocking, laundry, etc.)
- Help to set up cages for transfer of patients from ER to ICU
- Clean cages of animals that have been discharged.
- Basic restraint and exercise of patients
- Assist veterinary technicians with duties such as TPR, blood pressure, or patient care/ treatments
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled and attending classes at the University of Illinois veterinary curriculum.
- Must be able to devote at least 10 hours per week.
