National Hog Farmer (March 29) – During a panel session at Boehringer Ingelheim’s Pre-AASV Symposium, Dr. Lowe said: “We often tend to focus on short-term things that pop up in our face, and not really the underlying system that isn’t functioning appropriately, so we are working on symptoms instead of the actual disease that is occurring in the system. That disease is often two-legged and not four-legged, so I don’t think that has particularly changed in the industry today.”
