Associate Veterinarian – Baltimore Metro, MD – #9062
We’re looking for a warm, positive, and team-oriented Associate Veterinarian who loves working with both people and pets. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care while partnering with a supportive team that values communication, mentorship, and collaboration.
You’ll spend your days balancing wellness visits and sick-patient appointments, with 30–40 minutes allotted for each. The schedule includes built-in breaks, a dedicated weekly surgery day, one weekday off, rotating Saturdays, and no after-hours or on-call responsibilities. Our management style is rooted in direct communication, frequent check-ins, and hands-on mentorship whenever needed.

About the Hospital
In addition to wellness & preventative care, our animal hospital offers soft tissue & orthopedic surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, medications, reproductive services, in-house diagnostics, telemedicine, boarding, grooming, and more!

Salary (DOE $120,000-180,000 for the first year. When on production, it is 23% which includes benefits)
