PetMed of Key West is a privately owned, community-focused veterinary clinic seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian. New and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. We believe great veterinarians are built through mentorship, support, and realistic expectations—not production pressure.

Our doctors work collaboratively in an environment where questions are encouraged and learning is part of everyday practice.

Schedule & Work–Life Balance

• 4-day work week for full-time associates
• No overnight shifts
• No holiday hours — we do not work holidays
• Full-time or part-time flexibility
