Berglund Animal Hospital is an independently owned, AAHA certified three-doctor animal
hospital in Evanston, Illinois (first suburb north of the city). We have been established since
1955, and are now located in a newly built, state of the art, 5 exam room veterinary hospital
steps from beautiful Lake Michigan and Northwestern University. We pride ourselves in
excellent medicine, surgery and dentistry. We have an amazing support staff of veterinary
technicians, veterinary assistants, client service representatives and an office manager.
Evanston is a vibrant, suburban community with both a city vibe and small town atmosphere.
There is easy access to and from Chicago by car or public transportation.
Our equipment includes digital radiography, high speed dental scaler/drill, digital dental
radiography, ultrasound, in-house blood and urine analyzers (Catalyst, Procyte and Sedivue),
doppler blood pressure, Cardell monitor for anesthesia, and much more.
