Helping Cats
- Pascoe Memorial Fund: To support the treatment of feline animal companions whose owners are financially unable to cover the costs associated with emergency surgical and medical treatments in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital
- Bob E. Lee Sheeley Memorial Fund: For shelter or stray felines or feline companions whose owners have limited financial resources.
Helping Dogs
- KodiakCare Fund: To provide life-saving care for dogs whose owners could not otherwise move forward with critical veterinary care.
Helping Horses
- Equine Emergency Fund: Assist qualified horse owners who cannot afford equine veterinary care.
Help for Specific Conditions
- Lifelink: To help pets facing life-threatening disease or injury by subsidizing the cost of emergency surgery, expensive medications, and other treatments that will save or enhance a pet’s quality of life. The owner is expected to share in the cost of this care.
- Sabu (Cancer): To support pet owners who cannot afford oncology treatments in the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
- Shirley Atwood Langridge Fund (Liver Disease): To fund research in the area of canine liver disease and/or to support the care and treatment of patients at the Small Animal Clinic.
- Gary & Mary Stamp ER/ICU Endowment Fund: To help cover the cost of care for pets admitted to the emergency room or intensive care unit at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
Helping Special Cases
- Florence Wissig Dunbar Veterinary Care: To help ensure treatment and care for small animals belonging to individuals or families who might not otherwise be able to afford such treatment and care.
- Friend in Need: To support any non-preventative care for small animals, including but not limited to, emergency care, cardiology, and oncology. For pets with owners, the owner must cover a portion of the cost; for ownerless animals, the entire cost of services may be covered by the fund.
- Humane Connection: To support the care of companion animals, whether owned or homeless, that do not have adequate financial means and that would enrich the learning experience of veterinary students.
- Maggie & Murphy Indigent Pet Fund: To provide urgent or serious chronic care for pets that are the primary companion of their owner, but whose owner cannot afford the necessary treatments.
