WCIA-TV (Nov. 13) – A U of I Professor is working to create a product which would help veterinarians spend more time healing animals and less time on surgeries that remove healthy reproductive organs. Dr. CheMyong Jay Ko is a professor in the College of Veterinary Medicine. He and his team have been investigating a nonsurgical sterilization method for animals.
