News-Gazette (Sept. 1) – Since 2013, the University of Illinois Wildlife Epidemiology Laboratory has send “turtle teams” out to the field to collect data. This summer, Jaime Lyke worked with another veterinary student on the Cook County aquatics team, one of six groups studying different turtle species or locations.
