Journal Gazette & Times-Courier (Mattoon, Ill.; Oct. 29) – Dr. Elizabeth Clyde Druin’s clinic hosted the 25th annual “Make a Difference Day,” at which more than 80 volunteers spayed or neutered more than 175 cats, with nine surgical tables in continuous operation. Students from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and the Parkland College Veterinary Technology Program were among the volunteers.
