College of Veterinary Medicine at University of Illinois Open House
Sunday, October 6, 2013
10 am to 4 pm
On Sunday, October 6, 2013, the state’s only veterinary college--one of only 28 veterinary schools in the United States--will open its doors
to the public.
Relive last year's fun on our Flickr site.
The College of Veterinary Medicine, located at 2001 South Lincoln Avenue in Urbana, Illinois, is easy to find.
This event is FREE and open to the public. No registration is necessary.
Important Information About Your Visit:
- Visitors who have been outside the United States in the two weeks prior to Open House, will be asked to check in at the Welcome Tent before entering the Veterinary Teaching Hospital so that students can assess whether they might pose a risk of spreading a foreign animal disease. This measure helps us ensure the health and safety of Illinois animals and follows hospital policy.
- Visitors are not allowed to bring their own animals.
If you have any questions, please call the College advancement office at 217/333-2761 or send email to Chris Beuoy.
