Equine Skull Example 3
The following radiographs are the left lateral and dorsoventral views as well as dorsoright-ventroleft and dorsoleft-ventroright oblique views of the skull & teeth of a twenty-year-old Miniature horse gelding. Alveolar lysis is present around the left fourth mandibular premolar and a cortical defect is present in the mandible at the cranial aspect of this tooth root.
