Understand the molecular, structural, and biophysical mechanisms that govern meiotic chromosome organization, checkpoint regulation, and cellular integrity in germ cells by integrating computational genomics, super-resolution imaging, and micromanipulation approaches to better understand fertility and the impact of environmental stressors on meiosis.
