VetPortal for Veterinarians
It is now easier for you to access records for the patients that you refer to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. We appreciate your referrals and hope this will aid in streamlining our communications.
You can view the following information for patients where the client has listed you as the referring veterinarian:
- release reports
- prescription information
- imaging reports
- laboratory reports
VetPortal Tips and Information:
To receive your login and temporary password, please email vthrvetportal@vetmed.illinois.edu. You will also find portal instructions and contact information in the About Us tab on the VetPortal website.
At this time some reports will appear in a DRAFT form and are noted as such. These reports will not have complete, accurate information until they are finalized.
