In the Press: Get to Known Kim Knap, MVS Student

College of Veterinary Medicine December 20, 2024– Kim Knap is a certified veterinary technician at the University of Illinois Veterinary Teaching Hospital, specializing in rehabilitation and physical therapy for animals. With extensive experience, she works with a wide range of species and conditions. Kim enjoys the collaborative environment at the hospital, where she works alongside veterinarians and students to provide the best care for animals.

Kim is a lifelong learner and a current student in the Master of Veterinary Science Degree program. Dr. Jim Lowe expressed his esteem for Kim’s performance, noting that “Kim continues to excel in the MVS program, showcasing not only her strong academic capabilities but also her remarkable leadership skills during the capstone course.”
