Course Registration

For the most up-to-date information regarding academic registration periods, official academic dates, and deadlines for adding and dropping classes.

Below are resources to help students select, register, and review courses.

Course information

Students completing the certificate will take 4 courses.

  • VCM 507: Veterinary Form and Function
  • VCM 509: Biology of Veterinary Pathogen
  • VCM 513: Science of Health Homeostasis
  • VCM 514: Science of Health Evaluation

Students must complete these courses sequentially and may not take VCM 513 and 514 until they have successfully completed VCM 507 and VCM 509.

Registration Opportunities

Certificate students are considered non-degree students and register for courses through the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning. The tentative registration weeks for CVS students are listed below:

  • Spring registration: 3rd week of November
  • Summer registration: 3rd week of April
  • Fall registration: 3rd week of July
