For a student interested in small animal medicine and surgery and who has been a member of the Illinois Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association for two years and is in good academic standing.

Jessica, a third-year student from Bloomingdale, Ill., is interested in small animal emergency medicine and emergency surgery. She hopes to work at an emergency-only hospital after graduation.
