For a resident of Madison, St. Clair, Jersey, or Macoupin counties who has shown satisfactory academic progress and who plans to enter small animal practice.

Taylor is a first-year student from Belleville, Ill. She is interested in small animal surgery, rural or mixed practice, and shelter medicine and hopes to find a way to combine these in her future career.
