Jordan is a first-year student from Clovis, Calif. Ophthalmology interests her because it would allow her to work with any species. She hopes to participate in an ophthalmology research project over the summer.

Audrey is a first-year veterinary student. She is originally from upstate New York, but her family moved to Naperville, Ill., several years ago. She intends to practice small animal primary care and has special interest in dentistry and internal medicine.

Jesi is a first-year student from Glencoe, Ill., who hopes to combine her interests in equine medicine and anesthesiology in her veterinary career. She plans to complete an equine internship and eventually work at, and possibly own, a private practice.

Cailey is a fourth-year student from Aurora, Ill. Her many interests include small animal and exotic general practice, emergency medicine, shelter medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. She plans to work at a general practice in the Chicago area after graduation.

Alexandra is a third-year student from Cleveland, Ohio. She is interested in food production medicine. She aims to join a mixed animal practice when she graduates.
