Instructional Designer
Ying’s academic journey culminated in the attainment of her Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Oklahoma State University in May 2018. Since her graduation, she has dedicated her expertise to the field as an Instructional Designer at the i-Learning Center. Her research passion revolves around harnessing the power of technology to enhance the learning design process, particularly in its ability to cater to the needs of a diverse student population.
In the realm of educational technology, learning design is the art of skillfully navigating the terrain of instructional strategies and activity planning within various learning environments. Ying’s overarching mission is to leverage a myriad of innovative technologies to craft educational experiences that prioritize student-centered learning. She aims to not only facilitate the acquisition of knowledge but also to actively engage all students in the learning process.
