Assistant Professor
Dr. Amy Habing earned her DVM from The University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004, then moved to Maryland to work in a busy small animal practice. After three years, she returned to academia to complete a radiology residency at Michigan State University. She received her board certification in Diagnostic Imaging in 2010 and took a position as Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan until 2013. Currently, she is Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University, where she teaches diagnostic imaging to veterinary students, interns, and residents. In addition to her work at OSU, she also provides teleradiology consultations for Antech Imaging Services and frequently teaches continuing education ultrasound courses. She is married to Greg Habing, a professor in veterinary preventative medicine at OSU. Together, they have 3 daughters, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 bunny and 3 chickens.
