Signalment and history:

A 2 year old Italian Greyhound is presented after he jumped off the porch, yelped and started carrying the left forelimb. There is no other history of trauma. He has no other injuries. The owners are very concerned about the dog and will be able to do anything you suggest for treatment and aftercare.
