Signalment and history:

A nine month old castrated male Labrador presented after a HBC incident. He is unable to use either rear limb. There is a mild pneumothorax present and elevated liver enzymes. Abdominal ultrasound shows no abnormalities. The owners are very attached to this dog and will do anything you recommend
