Signalment and history:

A 6 month old male Sharpeii is presented after he jumped off the front porch and was immediately nonweight bearing on both front limbs. The pup has been normal up until now and there are no other apparent injuries. The owners are very willing to do whatever is necessary to return this dog to full function.
