Preference given to students who participated in a 4-H program for a minimum of seven years and applicants will be asked to provide verification from their respective county extension office. The recipient can win multiple years but needs to reapply for the scholarship. One student cannot win both the Belle and Curtis Drake Scholarship in a single academic year.
