Jennifer is a first-generation student, born and raised in Puerto Rico. Now completing her second year of veterinary school, she developed an interest in small animal practice and emergency medicine while working at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Jennifer looks forward to further developing her clinical skills and connecting with others in the veterinary field this summer in the VCA externship program.
