Amanda is a third-year student from Dwight, Ill. She is interested in small animal practice ownership and would like to incorporate her interest in behavior medicine into her practice.

Simone, known as OC by colleagues, is a third-year student hailing from Statesboro, Ga. She is pursing a joint veterinary/public health degree. She has a special interest in vector-borne disease and antimicrobial-resistant pathogens. She hopes to pursue a career in preventive medicine and eventually become a member of a uniformed service, where she feels she can make an impact in the community she serves.
