Teigan is a first year veterinary student from Romeoville, Ill. She is considering a career in either zoo medicine or mixed animal medicine. She has enjoyed her experiences working with zoo, farm, and small animal species. She plans to use summer externships in these areas to determine what she wants to do in the future.

Kaylie, a first-year student from Scranton, Pa., is currently interested in a career in small animal medicine and neurology. This summer, she plans to work at a small animal veterinary clinic back home.

Katelyn is a first-year student from Sterling, Ill. She is currently interested in mixed animal general practice, especially in working with small ruminants, livestock, and small animals.
