Jessica is a third-year student from Wesley Chapel, Fla. She recently decided to pursue a rotating internship after graduation. Jessica hopes to practice small animal medicine for a few years before transiting into academia so she can teach and mentor future veterinary students.

Brianna Huff

Brianna is a second-year student from Ringwood, Ill. She has a strong interest in exotic companion animals and zoological medicine. In the future, she hopes to work closely with clients and their pets, as well as zoos and wildlife rehabilitation centers.

Justin Huff

Justin, a first-year veterinary student from Dix, Ill., is interested in production animal medicine, academic research, and small animal general practice. This summer he will work with Dr. Jodi Flaws in the Reproductive Toxicology Laboratory to gain experience in veterinary research.

Lauren McKay

Lauren, a fourth-year student from Joliet, Ill., is interested in small animal general practice, emergency medicine, and public health. She has a strong passion for community involvement and education. She looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with clients and becoming an advocate for animals.
