Courtney, a third-year student, grew up on a dairy farm in West Branch, Mich., and plans to practice in rural Michigan. She spent the past few years working in swine research and completing externships focused on equine and dairy medicine, including a month-long rotation in Stephenville, Texas, at the Signature Equine Hospital. In her final year, she hopes to have rotations in bovine palpation and equine lameness.

Grace is a fourth-year student from Woburn, Mass. She fell in love with emergency medicine during her first-year ER rotation and hopes to pursue that as a career. In her free time, she enjoys walking with her brittany spaniel, Archie, baking breads and sweets, and listening to true crime and wellness podcasts.
