Kaelan is a third-year student from Borden, Ind. She earned her bachelors at Purdue University, and completed her first year of veterinary school at Ross University before transferring to Illinois for the remainder of her degree. She is interested in mixed animal practice with the possibility of specializing in cardiology and one day going into academia.
