Evan, a third-year student from Lake in the Hills, Ill., plans to pursue a specialty in small animal surgery. He enjoys communicating with clients to determine their wants, needs, and expectations. He also enjoys his two ferrets and hopes to incorporate exotic animals into his future practice.

Amber is a third-year student from Wheaton, Ill. She is interested in small animal medicine and zoological companion medicine and hopes to work in a general practice clinic that provides care for both traditional and non-traditional small animals.
