For a student who is highly involved in activities that further the prevention of cruelty to animals (companion animals and/or wildlife) and strengthening the human-animal bond and who has financial need.

Eleanor is a third-year student from Kansas City, Mo. She is interested in small animal, zoologic companion, and wildlife medicine and hopes to gain exposure to these fields during her clinical year. Eleanor also hopes to explore behavior medicine, specifically with a focus on feline behavior.
