Mollee is a first-year veterinary student from a rural community in southern Illinois. She is interested in practicing mixed animal medicine in an underserved rural area. However, Mollee wants to pursue experiences with a variety of species and specialties, including orthopedics, dermatology, and sports medicine, before choosing a career path.

Emily is a first-year student from rural Parkersburg, Ill. She is interested in practicing emergency medicine, equine, or mixed animal practice in her hometown upon graduation. She is also entertaining the idea of specializing or owning her own practice.
