Get to Know Christopher Seals

Dr. Christopher Seals, assistant professor and coordinator of curriculum and assessment, started working at the College of Veterinary Medicine in the middle of August, 2018.

Assist faculty and strengthen curriculum to enhance student learning.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Having the license and autonomy to be creative when dealing with curriculum, teaching, and learning in a new context.

Complete this sentence: My most memorable day at work was….
So far, my most memorable moment was walking behind the hospital and seeing the eagle in the large cage. That is the first time I have seen an eagle.

What would your coworkers be surprised to learn about your life outside of work? 
I was a high school state track champion.

Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have two cats named Pita (brown, black & white) and Hummus (gray & white).
