Oncology Expansion Gets New Air Handler

A new state-of-the-art air handling system is being installed at the Vet Med Oncology building to support advanced clinical care and research. This system will enhance air quality, temperature control, and ventilation throughout the facility, meeting the specialized environmental needs of oncology treatment spaces. The upgrade reflects our continued commitment to providing a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment for both patients and staff.

The new Oncology building at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine is nearing completion, with exterior work wrapping up and interior spaces rapidly taking shape. Crews are finishing floor work and painting office spaces, marking a key milestone as the project moves closer to a modern, welcoming, move-in ready facility this fall
