Criteria: Recipients shall demonstrate an interest in community medicine and intend to practice in shelter medicine or have a private practice in Illinois. Recipients shall be selected in consultation with the Director Community Medicine, or their designee.
Chloe Knitt
Chloe is a first-year veterinary student from Denver, Colorado. She plans to work in shelter medicine or small animal practice after graduation. She has a passion for helping pet owners from all backgrounds which she pursues through community clinics; she hopes to continue this work in her future career.
