Nicholas Liszka
Nicholas is a fourth-year student from Cleveland, Ohio. He is interested in clinical zoological medicine and plans to pursue board certification with the American College of Zoological Medicine. He has signed a letter of intent with Metropolitan Animal Hospital in Akron, Ohio, for a small animal rotating internship after graduation.
Hassan Hanna
Hassan, a fourth-year student from Homer Glen, Illinois, has a strong academic drive and a deep interest in advancing the field of aquatic and wildlife medicine. He plans to pursue specialty training to work with non-traditional species and contribute to the interdisciplinary One Health movement. Ultimately, he aims to return to academia to mentor the next generation of veterinary professionals. Outside of his academic pursuits, Hassan enjoys playwriting, music, traveling, and running.
