Ryann Cook
Ryann is a third-year student from Orland Park, Illinois. She has worked in a small animal urgent care since 2018 and is primarily interested in small animal emergency medicine and general practice. She also hopes to volunteer at a local low-cost veterinary clinic to provide affordable care and surgery to those who need it. After graduation, she plans to stay in the Chicagoland area and explore the possibility of hospital ownership.
Skye Lane
Skye, a third-year student from Naperville, Illinois, is interested in mixed animal practice and oncology. She is actively in the student chapters of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Association of Asian Veterinary Medical Professionals. Skye is hoping to stay in the Champaign area after graduation.
