Dr. Bradley Wolter and his wife, Kimberly, along with their children, Lauren and Blake, own and operate Windy Hill Meadows, LLC a Midwest-based beef operation producing over 600 head per year selling registered Angus breeding stock to beef producers and quality beef as direct-sales to consumers.

Dr. Wolter has just recently stepped down from his position as the President & Chief Executive Officer, The Maschhoffs, a company held by Maschhoff Family Foods, LLC.

He joined The Maschhoffs, LLC as Director, Production Technology in July, 2002. Since joining The Maschhoffs he has also served as Chief Operating Officer, and has worked throughout the business to support the exponential growth of its operation. The Maschhoffs produce over 3 million hogs per year within a 6 state operating footprint selling them to a diversified customer base of US packers and processors.

Bradley was raised on a diversified grain and livestock farm outside Red Bud, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois majoring in Animal Science. His graduate research program included the study of nutrition, genetics, and housing management of pigs in commercial production. Dr. Wolter serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Illinois, serves on Masters and PhD committees, lectures at classes and serves on advisory panels for the department and the college.

He is a passionate servant within the rural community in which he lives and farms operate.
