Look up Imported Reports in Vetstar

The report must have been saved for upload to be imported into Vetstar. This is done by running the Save for Vetstar macro on your final reports.

The Visit Summary contains imported reports. To view the visit summary:

• Access your patient's account.
• Click on the Summary icon on the left side of the Client/Patient Processing screen, or enter quick command summ into the Command line followed by the Enter key.
• Select a visit if presented with a Visit Selection window.
• If the patient has an open visit, and you want to read comment from a past, closed visit, check the 'Closed Visit Report', hit OK, and select the visit.
• All comments associated with the visit will be listed (including any release or referral reports that may be associated with the visit), along with other information such as procedures performed and attending doctors.
• You may print the visit summary by clicking on the 'Visit Reports' button at the top of the screen.
• Move to another visit summary by clicking on the left or right arrows at the top of the screen.

Quick commands:

The following quick commands print reports on a selected patient's account.

rlrfrpts - Print all release/referral combination reports for all visits for the selected patient.
rlrfvrpt - Print a release/referral combination report for a specific visit (prompts for visit selection).
rdvmrpts - print all referral reports for all visits for the selected patient
rdvmvrpt - print the referral report for a specific visit (prompts for the visit selection)
disrpts - print all discharge/release reports for all visits for the selected patient
disvrpt - print discharge/release reports for a specific visit
surgrpts - print all surgery reports for the selected patient
surgvrpt - print the surgery reports for a specific visit
