Stellar Swine Line-up Commemorates Career
of Dr. LeRoy Biehl
"The Swine Industry: New Horizons for the 21st Century," a seminar set for Friday, January 29, 1999, in Urbana, will honor LeRoy G. Biehl, DVM, MS. Dr. Biehl is retiring after 28 years as a swine Extension veterinarian at the College.
Speakers and topics for the afternoon seminar are: Dr. Gregg BeVier, "Global Perspective of Changes in the Swine Industry"; Dr. Joseph F. Connor, "Wean to Finish Strategies to Maintain Health and Profitability"; Dr. Gary Dial, "Health Management of the Breeding Herd of the Future"; and Dr. Ralph Vinson, "Working Together to Control Swine Pathogens."
