Research Facilities
In conjunction with the Center for Zoonosis Research and Infectious Diseases (CZR), the Department has developed an interdisciplinary program supporting researching infectious diseases. Areas of research include microbiology, immunology, pathology, parasitology, and epidemiology.
Among the Department's speciality facilities are the Molecular Pathobiology Core Research Facility and GIS & Spatial Analysis Lab , both of which are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
